Refrigerator section not as cold as old one. It is within acceptable limits. Took awhile to get use to the barrier between French doors. The refrigerator is A plus for looks. I got plain black and it is ecstatically beautiful in my opinion. Freezer should have had removable separators so different size products could be placed. Plastic clear shelves I like them. They are clear but could have been thicker-hope they will not break.

I love this fridge! After almost 15 yrs of a side by side, I finally got this bottom freezer fridge. Its magical to me. I have kids and sometimes dig in the fridge in a rush, so having the door open signal is fantastic. Its just loud enough, and the sound is not obnoxious at all. I was initially worried because we keep alot of juices and tall items- but between the door and the slide in shelf is perfect to make the room you need. And the ice maker - clean-tasting and beautiful, half-moon shaped ice..love it. The sandwich drawer is great for snacks for the kids. I amsolutely love this fridge.

We had to replace our 8 year old refrigerator. I've always liked the two door design so we decided to try this one. It was a mistake. There are no alarms to alert if the door is left open and it's easy to do with this model. If ANY object touches the back wall, it causes circulation to stop. I've already had food in the fridge freeze. Even moving the containers away from the back doesn't seem to help solve the problem. A waste of money.

We bought this refrigerator 6 years ago. It is poorly designed with limited shelf space but the ice maker works great. We had to call repairman 4 days ago since everything was warm up top. They showed up today and said the fan is broken and it will take A WEEK to get here. We are in a heat wave and the thought of keeping food in a cooler in the kitchen is not fun. A refrigerator should last more than 6 years! The back is totally closed off so you can't get to the coils to clean them. The bottom coils are very hard to reach to clean. Very disappointed and will never buy another Whirlpool again.

No humidity control at all. Freezer is not sealed when shut so freezer has frost in it. Poor Customer service at best. Send their own inspectors out who lie about what is going on. So disappointed. The only good thing is that it fits my space but that is all. Poor design in refrigeration section at best. Plastic bins do not shut there is no seal so salad goodies get mushy.

Need more writing space for a true review

Purchased about a month and a half ago. Overall is adequate but some poor design on the inside. Very limited space for gallon jugs. One maybe two might fit in the one holder in the door. Other wise if you slide the shelve back you can get maybe two gallon jugs there but you lose a whole shelve for other items. The one plastic shelve is off the track and the door does not open far enough to remove the drawer and realign it. The plastic drawers are not very strong and I think they would crack if forced to put back on tracks.

So far, this refrigerator is good. I like how simple and sleek it looks on the outside. We were limited on size due to the space available in our kitchen, and this refrigerator fit. We™€™ve had to rearrange/utilize the space differently from our old refrigerator, because of the shelving placement inside and on the doors. We are making it work. It seems to run cold (freezing the items in the back of the refrigerator), so we have made some temp adjustments as well. One thing that has been inconvenient is that the plastic covering protecting the finish was really difficult to remove around the handles and hinges. We are still working on it. Hopefully durability and reliability will make up for some of these minor inconveniences.

It is a nice refrigerator but I have noticed a few things with it. I have noticed the lower shelf are not very strong as they flex with weight on top and the lower produce drawers pop out of there tracks. The second item is the run time once the door has been opened. it seems to rum fora very long time in order to get back up to the proper temp.

Freezing and destroying food in crispers! 16 months old and for the last 8 months we had tried everything - different tempt settings, rearranging food, blocking and unblocking vents, lining up the inside of the crisper with towels, etc. Last night I threw away everything that was at the back half of the left crisper - everything was frozen like it was in the freezer. We had enough and will be replacing which just sucks... $1400 down the drain because I would even dare to sell it... Will not touch another Whirlpool appliance with a 10ft pole.

Handsome but compromised

This fridge is great looking inside and out. I am very disappointed with the low quality plastic with which the insides are built. The veggie drawer comes off its guides for some reason thus not really functioning as an actual drawer. There is not great storage space for tall items. One door compartment holds a gallon of milk. But if we also have a cartoon of OJ we have to collapse the convertible shelf to make room. The motor on this fridge is quite loud and whiny. I had seen this in a previous review so it did not come as a surprise. The freezer is quite spacious holding far more than I had anticipated. I really wouldn™€™t complain this much about a product but it was not a low cost appliance. I could have purchased something much cheaper so I was expecting high quality

I purchased this refrigerator in Dec. 2019 and it was delivered in Jan. 2020. I have been satisfied with this purchase. I love the French doors, I use the top of the refrigerator more often than the bottom of the refrigerator. It saves me from bending down to look for something in the refrigerator. I have a bad back. The ice maker is awesome, reachable.

I like the look of it except the plastic must have been put on before the handles. Because I cannot get all of the plastic off of it Especially by the handles and the top and bottom of the doors

Overall I am pleased with the fridg. I realize it is a size that fits into my space, but am disappointed inthe amount of space for tall items. I like the bottom freezer, but am disappointed that the space in the upper part is so limited because of it.
